From our first complementary consultation we will discuss all your requirements that you require from the property that you are buying. We will gather these requirements and I will then start sourcing the perfect properties that fit your requirements. I can view the properties on your behalf or with you also. Having a buyer’s agents can eliminating any problems normally associated with residential property purchasing and negotiating.
When you have a buyer’s agents on your side, we work for you the buyer. We build a relationship on trust, reliability and communication bringing the purchaser the best possible experience when purchasing a property.
How the service works:
Consultation:
We will have a consultation to discuss your requirements and needs for the property.
Property search:
Now that we know what your require and want from your property, we will start searching and liaising with you regarding the properties. When you have found the property that you want, we will proceed with the next step.
Negotiations:
When the correct property is found we will start the negotiations on your behalf. We will help you to achieve the best price possible.
Handing over the keys:
As your buyer’s agent we will work closely with you the entire way through your purchasing process. We will deal with the paperwork, solicitors and any issues that may crop up. We will guide you through to the closing of the purchase and will be there for the hand over of the keys to your new home or investment property.
We have helped clients buy investment and commercial properties when they don’t have the time to look themselves. We can also help if you are looking to buy a property through your pension. We cover the buyer’s agent service to the Counties of Dublin, Meath, Louth, Westmeath Cavan and Monaghan.
