I use the traditional ways of advertising your home, but I am a big believer in using social media, video work and advertising the home to getting maximum exposer. Technology has taken a forefront over the last few years in the property industry and is becoming more and more popular.
It’s a fact that 98% of buyers search for homes online and that’s a big driving force for us. We also pay extra to have your home put into premium and featured spots on Daft, and MyHome. I do this so your top of the list when people are searching. I also spend money on boosting the videos of your home on Facebook. What is different about Browns Estate Agents to other Companies?
A big difference between us and other agents is value for money. We charge a smaller sales fee meaning you save money when using us to sell your home. We have a smaller advertising fee which includes all your adverts, video and virtual tours, feature listing, boosting posts on Facebook, signboards, advertising on all sites, Daft, Myhome, etc I also offer a No sale No fee. Meaning you don’t pay any fees upfront; we only get our fees when the property is sold.
Our signboards are also different. We do not have traditional square boards; we stand out from the crowd with round signboards. As an agent I wanted to be different from other agents for our priority and value for service to our client while standing out from the crowd. We are the only agent who has round signs. They are a real eye turner and I always say when everyone else is square, I will always be round for you!
Another difference is I know the cost of over-pricing a home. Too many times I have seen homes been placed on the market that are over-priced. For them only to be reduced drastically. The one thing I say is, we could spend all the money in the world on marketing BUT unless the home is priced correctly it will not sell.

As an agent I will keep constant communication up through-out the entire sales process. When we have viewings, I will give you a run down of how it went, any questions or issues that we may be able to resolve. I will always ring the viewer after a few days to follow up and will then revert to you with a quick email for an update.
If for some reason the advert is slow, I will still give you updates on views online and on our social accounts. I also keep an eye on other properties within the area to see if they are dropping their prices. As an agent I believe that constant research needs to be kept up to keep you as my client updated.
